Awesome product, you can feel the nasal strip work as soon as there on your nose. I use these for running and you can definitely feel your airways open up and breathing is easier. I would recommend these for anyone doing fitness.

Absolutely love these nasal strips & can confidently say I now wouldn’t be without! Not only do they help with my breathing during those tough sessions, it’s helped reduce my HR and help with my overall performance. I’ve used zone 8 for interval session and races & managed to bag myself a half marathon, 10k & 5k PB. They’ve been an absolute game changer for me! 10/10 would recommend!
Game changer for zone 2 long distance, have really noticed the difference when I have them on compared to when I don’t, They stick on great and peel off clean!
I’m sleeping the best I have in years
Really good nasal strips that always stay on throughout the night and open your nose loads more than the cheapo ones
I have been wearing nasal strips at night for the best part of 20 years and have tried many brands and solutions. There’s obviously much cheaper ones that you can get at the chemist but my major complaint with those is that they regularly come off during the night. Which is why I decided to buy a pack of these. These Zone8 ones are a big improvement in quality and functionality. I got through the whole pack without one coming off in the night and they open my nose a lot more than chemist brands. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that they’re a lot more expensive than the chemist ones. I’m going to buy a six months supply in the bundle offers to bring the price down bit it would be better to not have to fork up all the cash upfront. Maybe have Klarna payments?
I was sceptical about the notion that a nasal strip could make me sleep better but I decided to give it a try but I have to admit that my sleep scores have improved while I’ve been wearing them. I don’t know that it’s definitely down to these strips but it can breathe way easier through my nose which is a big win. I’ll probably buy another pack.
These little strips are the only thing that's stopped my snoring. My Mrs says thank you.
Fair play to you you’ve made a very good product. Does exactly what it’s advertised to do but I don’t like products with visible logos so it’s four stars. If you ever make a non logo one or a clear one I’ll upgrade the rating to five.
Previously used other brands and struggled to get them to stay on for longer periods of time when exercising swimming, cycling and running. Zone 8 not only stay on during intense exercise but really help open my airflow during training and racing!
The only nasal strips that stay on my nose throughout the night. I’ve tried other brands and they’ve all either peeled off at one side or come off my nose altogether when I wake up. The only thing I’d note about these is that you should follow the care instructions for removing them. Which is in the shower or with some warm water. I didn’t read the instructions the first time and just ripped it off like a bandaid and left a red mark. No such problems when removing them in the shower though.
They’re an immediate difference to the air you inhale through your nose. I’d never sleep without wearing these again.
These have become a staple of my nightly routine. I have a deviated septum and am such a mouth breather, but these have made a world of difference to my sleep quality and snoring. I’m yet to fine them a whirl at the gym due to an injury, but I can imagine that the improvement in breathing quality will be a big help.
I’ve been wearing the Lite strips at night for about two weeks now and have been sleeping so much deeper. No more dry-mouth in the morning too. I’d recommend to anyone looking to sleep better and feel more refreshed each day. My Whoop stats also back up what I’m experiencing.
These have been a total game changer for me sleep. I’m not waking up during the night anymore and feel way more refreshed when I wake. I wake with less dry mouth too, so I’m sure I’m breathing through my nose more while I’m asleep. I also found that I’ve started applying them earlier each evening because I love the feeling of not being congested in my nose. The first thing I did when I got home from work yesterday was pop one of these on and wore it through to my shower this morning.
My husband and I have been sleeping so much better since we started wearing these. No more snoring from him and no more congestion for me. About to make another order so we're stocked up for the rest of the year.
Really great product and customer service. I needed a bit of help with how to best apply them and they sent my over a helpful video and walked me through the steps. Pro tip…dry your nose and wipe off any cosmetics before sticking them!

Got my hubby a pair for him to wear at night and his snoring is loads better. I wouldn’t say he’s totally silent now, but it’s so much better.
These are unbelievably good! I’ve been using nasal strips for years to sleep in and if I’m lucky they might last me a nights sleep before pealing off. I’d never dream of trying to train in them though. Not the case with these Zone8 ones. I received them yesterday and put them to the test for a workout right away. To my surprise they were still stuck firmly in place at the end of a very sweaty workout. So, I wore them in the shower when I got home, assuming they’d just fall off. Again, still totally in place at the end of my shower. So, I ended up leaving it on last night when I went to bed and it was still in place this morning. Then I peeled it off in the shower this morning. Incredible step up from what I was using before.
The first strips I’ve worn which don’t peel of after ten minutes of my run
I’ve know that I’ve not been breathing properly through my nose for a while, because I sniff a lot and can see my nose caving in a bit at the sides when I take a big breathe through my nose. But I didn’t realise how badly I was breathing until I just tried this. It’s amazing how much air you can get through your nose.
